Areawide Aging Agency Request for Proposals

Areawide Aging Agency is requesting applications for the following services:

Health Promotions in Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland, and Logan county; Legal Assistance and Education in Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland, and Logan county; Congregate and home delivered meals, nutritional counseling, and nutritional education in Oklahoma, Canadian, and Logan county; Homemaker services in Oklahoma, Canadian, and Logan county; Supportive Services for Low Vision in Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland, and Logan county.

Applications are due by 4:00 pm, March 3rd, 2026. For further inquires contact planner@areawideaging.org.

Application packets will be available February 3rd at 8:00 am and will end February 19th, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Pick up is at 4101 Perimeter Center Drive, Suite 310, OKC, OK 73112, or available via email (planner@areawideaging.org).

Applicants must attend the Proposer Conference (in-person) at Areawide on February 20th, at 9:30 am to be considered for funding.
