LaDonna Wilson, Board Chair

LaDonna is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and Rose State College. She has spent the last 19 years employed at American Fidelity and currently works as a Project Manager for new product development as well as Manager of the Product Delivery Department. As board chair helps continue the mission of Empowering Seniors to Remain Independent and Age in Place.

LaDonna lives in Yukon with her husband, Barry, and enjoys spending her time reading, researching, watching movies, and playing golf.

Jason Bailey, Vice Chair

Jason is a CPA and graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He is employed as a Senior Accounting Director for Hertz Rental Car Corporation, leading the North American accounting function and SOX controls globally.

Jason graduated United Way's Board Serve Program, and served as a community volunteer with United Way and a mentor through the Steed School of Accounting at the OU.

Jason lives in The Village with his wife Stephanie, daughter Maren, and dog Winston. He enjoys riding his bike, grilling, reading, watching the Sooners win and listening to podcasts.

   

Kyle Tully, Treasurer

Kyle Tully is General Counsel at Funds For Learning LLC, responsible for the firm’s legal matters, strategic guidance, consultation, and legal and business advice as well as working with clients on regulatory and compliance issues.

Kyle holds a B.A. from Oklahoma State University and a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a member of Oklahoma and Washington, DC's Bar Associations and E-rate Management Professionals Association. Kyle serves with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, and volunteers with The Birthday Party Project.

Kyle and his fiancé, Jessie Kierl, reside in Oklahoma City with their dog Willis.

Deepak Chopra

Chaunte' Gilmore

Chaunte’ is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, and also obtained her MBA in healthcare management from Mid America University.

Chaunte’ serves with OKC Young Professionals, New Leaders Council-The Oklahoma Chapter, OKC Urban League Guild, Young Professional of OKC Mayor’s Board, and is a founding member of Black Woman Voices local virtual podcast. Chaunte’ is an alumna of Leadership OKC and member of the Order of Eastern Star-PHA, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Chaunte’ lives in northwest OKC, in her spare time she enjoys being a community activist /leader for social justice, relaxing in her local coffee shop and attempting to be great with Crossfit.   

Sara Hawkins

Sara is an attorney with Mee Hoge PLLP. Her practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, ad valorem tax appeals, nonprofit law and general civil litigation. 

Sara received her B.A. from Hendrix College, and her J.D. from Oklahoma City School of Law, graduating cum laude. Sara has served on the Military Assistance and Disaster Response committees and the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. 

 

Sara has volunteered for Lawyers for Heroes Program, Legal Aid, and previously received the Fort Sill Helping Hands award for her volunteer work with the 434th Field Artillery Brigade. 

 

Sara lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, Jason, and daughters, Mackenzie and Molly

Marcellus Jones

Marcellus is a retired corporate professional,  who has an MBA from Oklahoma City University.  Although recently retired, he became the Federal Programs Director with It’s My Community Initiative, providing oversight for programs to help single fathers, young adults with a criminal past, and other disenfranchised individuals.

Marcellus has served on many Boards including but not limited to Urban League of OKC, ASTEC Charter School, Traveler’s Aid, and Positive Tomorrows.  He has also worked with youth in Northeast Oklahoma City including the “Men Building Men”. 

Marcellus and his wife LaShelle, have four grown children and 12 grandchildren.  He enjoys golfing, playing with grandchildren, and participating in a good “old man’s” domino game.

Jessica McCormick

Jessica is an MBA graduate of the University of Oklahoma. She is currently employed as an Operations Manager for Field Services at Avaya Telecommunications, where she leads global technician and parts dispatch. Jessica recently returned from a 6-month job assignment in Ireland, where she was selected for a Talent Exchange Program and served as the international lead for a new global field tool. 

In addition to her role with Areawide, Jessica has served as a community volunteer in various capacities with the Junior League of Oklahoma City.

Jessica lives in SW Oklahoma City with her husband James, daughter Madeline, and son Lincoln. She enjoys listening to podcasts, playing card games (and winning!), scrapbooking, and traveling.

There are so many seniors in my life that are so important to me, such as my grandparents, and I am glad to know that there are organizations like Areawide that provide help to this vulnerable group."

Aidee Salas Montoya

Aidee is from Nayarit, Mexico and is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with accounting and finance backgrounds. She currently works for the Loves Family of Companies where giving back to the community plays an important role in the culture. She joined the board of Areawide in 2019 after completing the United Way Board Serve program. She is a member of Southern Hills Baptist church which is also committed to serving the community.

 

In her free time, Aidee enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and reading.

   

Ryne Walker

Ryne is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s MBA program and has an undergraduate degree from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo. 

 

Ryne is also a CFA charterholder.  He is currently employed as Portfolio Manager for American Fidelity, where he manages a multibillion-dollar fixed income portfolio of corporate and municipal bonds.  Prior to this, he has worked as a fixed-income analyst and fixed-income trader. 

 

Ryne graduated from the United Way of Central Oklahoma Board Serve Program in 2019 and joined the board of Areawide the same year

Heath Wiederstein

Heath is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University’s BBA program, with a focus in Business Management. Heath also has his PMP, PMI-ACP, and CSM professional certifications and works as an IT Project Manager at American Fidelity Assurance where he is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of strategic technology projects across the organization.  

In addition to his role with Areawide, he also plays an active role in his church, has a passion for music and enjoys sports, the outdoors and many activities with his family. 

Heath lives in Edmond with his wife Tiffany and 2 sons.
